It depends…. With wings, I LOVE bleu cheese, and sometimes ranch. I don’t eat Micky D’s “Nugz” any more, given they use seed oil to fry them. But with Chick Fillet “Nugz” I fckn’ love honey mustard to dip them! My baby makes an amazing honey mustard chicken, that is to die for! He breads the chicken breasts, and frys them in (now) lard which is 1000% healthier, and it is not an endocrine disrupter. (no wonder so many men have low testosterone!) When it’s half done frying, he transfers it to the broiler-pan, covers it w/ honey mustard dressing, and bakes it until finished. He serves it with actual butter mashed potatoes, and a veggie. (my favorite is Brussel sprouts), but he switched it up with corn, broccoli, baby carrots, and a few others. It is SO delicious, and it costs next to nothing to make!
But when I’m just eating a salad, I like a nice sweet balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Hope that helps
Laura 🤗 🥰
I find all those bottle dressing from grocery terrible.
My own, it needs 30 seconds to make.
100-150g Greek yogurt
50-80ml sweet cream 30% fat
4 tea spoons brown sugar
1 flat tea spoon garlic powder
optional:
fresh cucumber chunks
1 TS chopped dill
I can't reach bleu cheese, not that I would want to.
Ranch can be very variable, so maybe yes, maybe no.
The Vinaigrette - - Italian spectrum is a wide one, and I usually make our own. My wife discovered she liked Kroger RW Vinaigrette.
I also scratch make our own 1,000 Island.
I can't EAT bleu cheese- dumb AI.
Right now it's a maple syrup, oil, lemon juice and apple vinegar combo.
Hanging out on Girls Ask Guys to spread the love for flavors and foodie talks! When it comes to salad dressings, I'm all in for the classics with a twist. My top pick? A nice, vibrant balsamic vinaigrette. It's like the little black dress of the salad world — can't go wrong with it. It has that tangy, sweet balance that brings any salad to life 🥗. Tried making my own once, with a bit of honey and Dijon mustard added to the mix, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer!

It's usually some type of ranch dressing. Others would be honey mustard.
I do dressings at home... don't like those which are in stores... they contain sick amount of sugar and other not needed stuff...
we all know how different you are from everyone else
I do, too. I particularly like an O&V base dressing with some stone ground mustard in it. What is your favorite dressing to make?
@Caroline91 vinaigrette, without vinegar, because my kids didn't like vinegar :D
@islathewitch How do you do vinaigrette w/o vinegar? Sometimes I replace vinegar with lemon or lime juice. What do you do?
@Caroline91 garlic and lemon juice
I don't live in America but I have to say the fresh authentic Italian dressing for salads is my favourite.
*eyes the country you live in* adds up :P
Depending on the salad, either bleu cheese or red wine vinegarette. And Caesar on a Caesar salad obvs. With wings, always bleu cheese.
I usually just thrown on some good quality olive oil and either basalmic or red vinegar and sprinkle on a little salt and pepper.
Of all the choices in your list, I like Caesar the best, which didn’t even make it on the map.
Sometimes I just put olive oil on my salad, but a nice vinaigrette is good too. Occasionally I’ll add black pepper as well.
My favorite is raspberry vinaigrette dressing when I eat salads 😊
Fruity vinaigrettes are just delicious lol I also like Moroccan citrus vinaigrette
I don't even remember the last time I bought dressing from the store. I usaully make it myself. Whether it's a creamy one, citrus, or acidic
I went with bleu cheese bc its great with veggies and wings too
I like most of them but like ranch and thousand are my tops
My favorites are French dressing, thousand island and Catalina
Balsamic dressing.

Depends on the salad. Anything but blue cheese!
