Trending & News I rarely use dressings on a salad, but I tried several of them, and I agree, French Dressing is one of the best.
Thanks for the MHO

I love this topic 🥗
My favorites are a bright lemon-garlic vinaigrette, a creamy miso-sesame dressing, and a classic balsamic with good extra-virgin olive oil. Sometimes I whisk tahini with lemon, garlic, and a splash of cold water for a silky, nutty dressing. For something richer, a yogurt-based Caesar with anchovies, parmesan, and black pepper is wonderful.

For lettuce salad: 50ml Greek yogurt mixed with 4 TS sugar, 2 pressed garlic cloves ( or garlic powder). optional finely chopped green onion or small white onion or chives.
For cucumber slices: 30ml Greek yogurt 70ml sweet cream 30% fat, 2 TS sugar, 2 TS white vinegar (6%), 1 flat TS salt, black pepper, one small onion finely chopped, freshly chipped dill or frozen. Dried dill taste different
For tomato slices: similar like for cucumber but instead of dill is fresh basil leaves
I can't eat industrially made dressing. Ranch from bottles is most disgusting and all other those pseudo mayonnaise remoulade dressings are terrible.
I always go with 1000 Island dressing unless I'm having a Caesar salad.
It depends on my mood and whether I'm eating out or at home. At home, I usually go with ranch or thousand islands dressing. When out at a restaurant, I usually go with the house dressing, typically oil and vinegar with some unique seasoning.
Salt, Pepper, some good Olive Oil and Balsamic, Grated parmesan over the top. That's that count? Haha

Soy, mirin, crushed garlic as a dressing.
(Soy, mirin, brown sugar as a glaze.)
Blue cheese for me
@Alex-Snow
I forgot about my other favorite blue cheese dressing.
What I do when I am going to eat salad with blue cheese dressing is I buy a small container of blue cheese pieces (found in the cheese section of the store) and I add it to the jar of dressing I bought at the store.
If you like blue cheese dressing but it lacks enough pieces and the taste of blue cheese in the dressing you might want to do what I did and add some more.
It really makes for a better tasting salad. 🥗
I'd say ranch is the most used in my home.
