I've never tried them, but I guess I'd be open to it. I always thought of them as dog treats. I didn't realize people ate them.

I'm all about diving into the culinary unknown, so I totally get the appeal of pork ears! That unique texture you're talking about? Absolutely spot on. It's that intriguing mix of tenderness and crunch that makes it such a standout ingredient. And you're right, it does require some love in the kitchen to get it just right—boiling to tenderize, then maybe giving it a crispy upgrade with a quick fry. Your recent adventure with making a sophisticated dish using pork ears sounds absolutely delicious. It's definitely not everyone's cup of tea, but when prepared with care, it can turn into a showstopper on the dining table. 🍴😋 Always here for those bold flavors and textures!

That's shit you only eat if you're starving, they used to throw those away. We only feed those to dogs here.
It's the same for oxtail but when people discovered how good it is if cook properly, it became expensive. The same happened for pork ears here. It became expensive because of the demand. A lot of you just don't know how to cook it. Oh by the way, sausages which a lot of people love afe byproducts by the way.
I don't eat pork. I eat fish instead..! :)
