Does the ethnicity of a franchise restaurant affect it's cleanliness?

So I have been around a few franchise restaurant's but I have made a rather large remark that I noticed... If I walk into a Taco bell, KFC, pop eye's, Pizza hut I have noticed that if the restaurant was owned by people from pakistan or india the overall filth of the establishment was very bad. Dirty tables, Falling part chairs, torn or broken railings and just overall things unkept. I mean I even put my cuf around my hand to open the bathroom door. But when it's owned by people of a higher country of being clean it's a much better experience... I would not doubt it at all people from india/pakistan are usually very dirty even when you visit the countries you don't go to certain area's...

I live in Miami. I’ve never seen any of that stuff the owners. From India and our Taco Bell are pretty clean
