Are certain fast food companies allowed to wear acrylic nails or is it only franchised places? Or does it depend on the owner?

I don't wear fake nails anymore and when I get hired at food service places I just assume that they don't allow it

But I was at chick fil a today and the cashier had green acrylic nails in downtown

And when I went to the hospital cafe in the summer the team member had acrylic nails

Honestly I don't think they allow long nails to begin with because of sanitary reasons. However I guess it depends how professional they take it and how serious HR is.

Her nails were medium length. They were long enough for me to tell that she had fake nails but not too long
