To be honest I’m kind of tired of Italian food. It was once loved so much but all I see is carbs and sauce.

All sorts of pastas with sauce
Bread with sauce
Pizza
Lasagna = more pasta with sauce

As a child growing up that type of food was my ultimate favorite. So delicious.

As I grow up I just don’t even see it as food. It’s just carbs with sauce.

From the others I’ve never actually had most of those and from some of only tried 1 or 2 dishes.

Spanish quinine looks like real food. But I voted for Russian. I’ve only really tried their pelmeni which was ok. I’m waiting to try their blini

Anything mediterranian.. Any cuisine that actually knows how to use spices beyond salt is already a good thing, those who know how to use spices well are supreme.

One of my all-time favorite European cuisines is Italian. The simplicity and quality of the ingredients speak volumes. I fondly recall a trip to Naples where I had the most authentic Margherita pizza. 🍕 The balance of tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil was extraordinary. Italian cuisine is about creating flavorful dishes with love and tradition.

Pizza maybe my most favorite European food but that doesn't represent Italian cuisine as a whole. They mostly just taste like tomatoes and basil. So i go with Spanish for it's bold flavors. Turkish too if it counts.
