My wife and I eat a lot of Havarti and of course Mozzarella, Parmesan and Provolone. Also some Gouda.
I really like various blue cheeses.
We live in a rural part of California, though, and don't have access to a lot of great European cheeses at a reasonable price.

So Mozzarella is a must. Parmigiano is always great as well and Brie the same and I couldn't go without feta. Damn I can't decide for one only.

I love smoked Gouda and aged cheddar… Ill snack on that with some berries while relaxing on the beach soaking up the sun on an hot summer day… and maybe a water bottle filled with Sauvignon Blanc!

Gouda, Feta, Mozzarella, Brie, Tcherni Vit, Feta, Oscypek, Halloumi, Tilsiter, Vurda, Camembert, Ricotta, Bryndza, Manchego.
