Ideas for a meal with rabbit?

I'm told people outside the US eat rabbit quite frequently. So far I've tried rabbit lasagna, meatballs, and soup. Any good ideas on a next meal? I'll have ~40lbs tomorrow so I've got to prep some ideas.

Ain't no kangaroos around here and I'm an Aussie in this weird large continent - the snakes so scare me though, thank good my lucky luck I stay away from long grass fields or whatever 😋

Apparently it's really popular around the world. I raise them for ~50c a lb. Pot pie isn't a bad idea.
