What foods are usually on your Christmas dinner plate?

The meat is nearly always turkey. The root vegetables are usually roast potatoes, carrots, swede, and glazed parsnips. The greens are Brussel sprouts and savoy cabbage. Then there's pigs in blankets and stuffing, sometimes red cabbage too. We prefer cranberry sauce to bread sauce. Dessert is usually traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce

there's grilling, there's BBQ, pit fire... roast fire, buried fire

then there's the regular turkey and the more American traditional dishes... and also fish and few other things more popular in Central Mexico, and every year... we like to try something new or different just for the fun of it... lol
