Gas oven cooked, thin chewy crust thats soft and not burnt anywhere, very thin layer of tomato sauce, extra gooey and greasy cheese. AKA New York style.

I'm not Italian but of course the classical Pizza Margherita with basil on top is the best. Fantastic taste and the colors are cool. New York pizza is tasty too, but not as much.
