What do you think of Dunkin Donuts?

I used to really like Dunkin Donuts. I have not been there since before Covid but I bought donuts last Saturday. Instead of having a big wall with a few dozen different kinds of donuts they had a display case with 5 or 6 kinds. They were out of the powdered sugar ones and when I asked if they had apple and spice the lady looked at me like I had horns in my head. Th donuts were sort of stale and had a cardboard consistency.  I had a gift certificate so I did not feel too bad but it is another American institute that has gone down the drain.

I have been saying that since they changed their recipe… they took away all the good yummy fat and replaced with sugar … I haven’t had any since…

to me… it’s garbage.!! That’s what they feed Americans and that’s what Americans know…

I had 1/4 of the apple cider donut from our local farm 2 weeks ago when we had company.
Today, I joined my long time friend and had dinner in the city… after that we had a nice treat at lady Wong … well made treats.

I would never spend my money on D n D or eat it even if it’s free.

It's hot or miss and sounds like it was a miss where you went. Some stores truck in their small selection of donuts.

We have a Dunkin near us that is amazing. They make the donuts fresh every morning, the coffee is always less than 30 minutes old, the service is fast, and they have every donut on the menu.

I also noticed that different stores have different prices. Our local store charges less than the one in the next town over. Perhaps because the donuts are made on-site and not transported?

Stopped going when i went there once and a woman with scabs/rash all over her arms went to get my donut. So the type of donut I ordered had some in the front and back of the case. She chose to reach all the way to the back, rubbing her arm on the display glass. BOOM! People are getting more disgusting, lazy and self centered by the day in this world.

I have never cared for them. They are like cake inside. I love Krispy Kreme donuts and the ones from the donut 🍩 shop we have here. They're the best. Fluffy!

I love Dunkin. I basically only ever get their iced coffee though because I prefer the grocery store donuts. I've had Dunkin's sausage wake up wraps. Those are pretty solid.

I love Dunkin , I choose Dunkin over Starbucks any day , Starbucks is nasty to me , their coffee is like drinking charcoal or some shit , but people like it for whatever reason. Dunkin has way better coffee and even their frozen mocha coffee is bomb , I have a Starbucks right next to me and i drive the extra 5 minutes to go to dunkin lol

I have never been to one but always wanted to at least give them a taste test. I get donuts from my grocery store every Saturday morning, they have never disappointed me! Saturday and Sunday are the only time we'll have donuts, it's a good morning treat, with coffee, on days off. I also really like Krispy Kreme donuts!

I live in Canada and have never been to Dunkin Donuts. However, I have been to Tim Horton's enough in the past to know what types of stuff I like and don't like.

I love carrot and blueberry muffins. My favourite donuts are probably maple dip and the dutchie. And I enjoy iced caps and the sandwiches and wraps they offer. I enjoy the chilli and bread they offer too.

I have a friend who works there who says some bake the donuts there in the morning and some have them shipped over in the middle of the night and the difference is quite apparent if you have one of each store to compare.

Mine in my town is just as bad. It's a glorified wannabe Starbucks that serves some donuts and of all things ice cream.  We have a local chain that beat out them and Krispy kream.

Each store used to cook their own donuts fresh daily. Now, the stores receive the donuts already cooked and frozen. The individual stores just heat them up and put them on the display rack. The taste is nowhere near what it used to be.
