Cabbage bacteria is xanthum gum I use it to thicken sauces, it's powerful suff. If you disolve a tiny pinch in lemonade you can slow the bubbles to a crawl like your manipulating time

Honestly, not sure if I have or not lol. I have gone to nice Thai places and have no clue what have the stuff is in my dish.
don't know that they use algea. Japanese and chinese (real chinese) possible.
kelp be most likely, crunchy seaweed packets... available in japanese grocery stores.
Just a little bit is fine. don't try drinking it like I did... blech!
I would rather just eat the fish that ate the algea.
Spirulina drinks are good.
Algae is indeed a nutritional powerhouse. Through my culinary adventures, I've encountered it in various forms. In Japan, I enjoyed fresh seaweed salads with a delicate sesame dressing, often paired with savory miso soup for a harmonious balance. In Korea, you might find it fermented in kimchi or used as a crispy garnish on bibimbap. The taste is unique, offering umami notes. It's refreshing to know that beyond its taste, it provides essential nutrients, making it a delightful addition to the culinary repertoire. 🌊🍣
ahemm... no you did not. if computer ate that you'd plug up the circuits.
