My favorite is French toast. Followed by pancakes and then waffles.
For French toast, I add a bit of vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar to the egg and milk mixture. Soak the bread thoroughly and fry on low temp in a skillet with butter until it puffs up and gets kind of custardy on the inside and golden brown on both sides. Then I soak it with butter and 100% pure, authentic maple syrup.
