If you mix the potatoes, meat, and greens together with salt it should be good. It looks like the box lunches from a place near the plant I'm at now. Only choice within 50 miles, but hunger is a potent spice.

Also an amazing incentive to remember packing your lunch everyday. I'd eat it, nothing wrong I see except the cake. Ice cream cake just never was my cup of tea.

Did they have to use powdered potatoes though? The cost difference between Idaho potatoes and the flakes isn't that much, but the quality is huge...

It looks like faggots and mash, a very common dish here but it's usually served with peas not beans and you definitely don't get ice-cream with it. Given the tray i wouldn't be surprised if that picture comes from a local prison, school or old folks home

I like green beans but am not sure about those in the photo.
