Personally, I did not modify the molecular structure of leftovers, they are mostly antipasti so there's not any appropriate remix I could think of. Also, stuffing of anything is a no, in all cases, except bread and, well, a tomato? Stuffed tomatoes, wow it's been a while:

What leftovers? I had a little ham leftover so I will be making a ham and potato soup. I will use the ham bone to make a ham stock and cut up the little bit of ham left to put in the ham and potato soup.
