The last thing I ordered from an Indian restaurant was the butter chicken...
It was okay. I wasn't impressed but it was pretty good. I have tried Tikka masala as well. I'd probably order the tikka masala again since it was spicier. Spicy food is my kryptonite.
Yes love be a bit of spice
I tend to get a saagwala or korma (if it's coconut base)
You can order it spicy. The flavours work well with some heat. Love it with lamb or paneer
Last one was a prawn dansak but I usually go for a balti or a madras
I like Butter chicken, Shahi Paneer, Biryani, anything with mutton and sauce and naan, Red Dal but I haven't ordered indian take away food. I ate it in India and I cooked some myself. I'd have to find a really good place. I'd rather try cooking more :)
My three standard Indian food orders:

Lamb tikka masala extra hot. I like spicy and a little sweet which isn’t really a common theme.
Ideally I’d like a bit of everything but I know my desires are pretty difficult so I’d make do with that.
Last time I are in an Indian restaurant we got a chefs special which was 6 different curries. Was amazing
Nice
Chicken tikka masala but they're all looking delicious tbh 🤤 except for the saagwala lol
Saagwala is delicious
I only had butter chicken before. its pretty good. i always gotta get the least spicy kind cause im a wuss lol
Build that tolerance upp
ehh i try but i can barely handle jalepeno lol
Korma is the only one I would. Korma is perfect to me so anything else not worth it. Odd thing is I love spicy food but spicy curry does nothing for me, and then I don't know what that green curry is but that's just wrong.
It's just got spinach in it...
I have had all of these but I guess my favourites are Chicken tika masala and Saag with naan, I hate roti..
Tikka Masala out of those choices.
Tikka masala is my favorite, with lots of naan to eat it with.
Chicken or Lamb Vindaloo, Rogan Josh, Chana Masala, or Fish Tikka
All the above and more. Been eating Indian food since college.
If you are in London, go to Dishroom if you have not yet try that restaurant.
Either korma or butter chicken
Plus
Chicken Tikka
Mushroom rice or sag aloo
Plain or peshwari naan
Lamb rogan josh is my favourite, butter chicken is good too
Never have tried it, nor don't intend to. It does not look appetizing to me, due to the colors which reminds me of things I wouldn't want to eat.
So you only like to eat food that is beige?
No, I don't want to eat food that looks like puke or poop. 😫 Also, the spices they use don't agree with my stomach.
I pretty much loathe Indian food since I first had it about 40 years ago.
That's incredibly unfortunate. One of the most delicious flavour packed cuisines
Mild butter chicken is my go-to, next would be tikka misala.
As if they make butter chicken not mild
I would get a 2 item lunch combo with half Rice/Biryani and half Salad with the 2 items (if available at the time) being Chicken Jalfrezi or Saag Chicken with Bhindi Fry.
I’ve never actually tried Indian. I’d probably try butter chicken first
It's a safe start
As a vegetarian, I would probably order Korma.
All of these could be made vegetarian. Often they have paneer
Excellent 👍
Tikka Masala is a staple food.
Tikka masala is a joy!
Everything look yummy here, expect the green one.
Frankly the best one
Chick and or goat korma is always my go to thing.
anything with chicken & rice
