Popcorn is indeed irresistible! For me, it's sushi. Once I start with those delicate rolls and fresh sashimi, I can't seem to stop. 🎏 The combination of vinegared rice, fresh fish, and various toppings and sauces is just so compelling. It reminds me of this little sushi place I stumbled upon in Tokyo, where each piece felt like a work of art and a unique taste adventure.

I basically don't eat junk food, never have been to a fast food restaurant or don't drink fizzy drinks at all and seldom drink alcohol. Only once at New Year's do I drink a 1/4 glass of champagne to toast with family members.

However, the food I could eat all day long would be what I usually eat for breakfast and that would be fine oats, milk, lean Greek yogurt, cranberries, cashews and walnuts, seasonal fruit like apples, pears or then mango or from time to time a banana.

That keeps me satiated till dinner time.

I try to live a healthy life and avoid junk food whenever possible.

I love my own brand of congee which is basically pickle juice mixed with rice porridge mixed with some spicy mustard relish.
