I love sweet corn but don't eat much of it because it's hard to find non-GMO corn in the U. S.
Corn used to be such a joyful thing before Monsanto and biotech companies turned it into a Frankenfood.

I do eat nachos or tortilla chips with salsa and/or guacamole from time to time.
I sometimes add frozen corn to things like casseroles.
I may even have a side of corn (frozen) with butter, salt and pepper with meal.

When we can find organic, non-GMO corn on the cob in the summer/fall, I love boiled or roasted corn on the cob with butter, salt and pepper. There are organic farmers in our area.

Buttered popcorn with salt can be a treat. My wife buys organic popcorn in bulk from a local store that sells natural foods.

But, as you can see, I'm not a fanatic and will eat popcorn in theaters and I love caramel corn.

given what I've read about it, maybe it eats me? Poor corn, has been obliterated by science to be a monster crop... literally.  Gotta wonder what we are doing to our soil to produce that much sugar.

I don't like corn boiled or raw or in a salad. I like them fried with a crispy later or stir fried baby corn.

I don't mind them but they're just not my favourite. Like I can eat it if you give that to me but if I had another choice then I will take that over corn.

I eat rarely popcorn. Otherwise I dislike corn, even in salads or fast food dishes which use often corn as cheap filler.
