I made pizza for dinner. The dough is a recipe my wife gave me. How does it look? Would you order it from me?
It's sausage and pepperoni!

I've made it before, but it's been a while. I might try it again sometime, but modify the recipe a little.

PIZZA, PIZZA, PIZZA I love pizza although your pizza looks ok if you had the right pizza oven that go up to a higher temperature it would look & taste even better.
What temperature did you cook at & what temperature can your oven go up to?
As for a standard residential oven most of them go up to 550 degrees Fahrenheit so if that is the maximum temperature your oven can go up to that is the temperature you will have to work with. 550 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes works & cooking it on a pizza steel would be ideal or a stone like you have.
As for your dough let it ferment in the refrigerator over night & after that roll it out like you did. Put sauce on the dough, grade a thin layer of Parmesan cheese over the sauce & after that put a low moisture mozzarella cheese over the Parmesan cheese.
550 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes & you will see a leopard pattern on the crust & remember after you take the pizza out of the oven it will continue to cook & let it cool down a little because itโs hot.
If your pizza likes to stick to your pizza stone you can always put a thin layer of breadcrumbs down & slide your pizza over it while cooking.
Looking at your oven it looks like itโs gas so you might want so buy & use a pizza steel instead of the pizza stone.
Crust is burnt, mozzarella cheese isn't covering the whole top and is overcooked, it looks like you sprinkled a bit of chedder which doesn't really go well on pizza in my opinion, and its not melted somehow? Also I don't eat sausage or pepperoni, so I'd pass personally.
Other people would eat it though.
Is that on a pizza board? Because by the looks of it I was going to say that crust looks way too crunchy? You may as well just cook it with a blow torch. 🍕🔥🔥
It was a tiny bit on the crunchy side. At least the outer crust. A big part of the reason is that I also kept it in the oven slightly longer than it should have been in.
That will do it!
It looks okay. I want to taste it though... the taste is what's important 😌.

Looks good - good bake from what I can see.
Obviously thick crust, which is fine - crust thickness is just a preference. I'd eat it!
It looks ok to me but I go more for taste ;-)
looks like the pizza at Harry's in New York 👍
the more crust, the better for me...
Yum 😋
That looks soooo good right now !!!
I want some 🙄
did you make this in the oven or do you have a pizza oven? looks great
I like thin crust , but it looks okey , good try.
Looks yummy, and homemade pizza is the best. I made one yesterday.
Your pizza looks fine. I'm sure it would arrive cold if I ordered one from you though. I think I will simply make my own like I usually do.
I don't order pizza by its looks.
And agreed - home made is best.
Looks good.
That looks amazing, and I absolutely would.. The crust looks nice and thick too..
Looks good, I've never made it from scratch... topped pre made bases
Itโs a bit thick and needs meat/pineapple but looks good.
Itโs very thick and covered is that the style that you like
Well considering the fact that you have never done this before I would say it's great.
looks do not matter how did it taste you can always work on it thats how you learn to cook
