Should I leave a bad review for this restaurant?

I went to a small Cafe the serves really good burgers I went to a lot when I was a kid. They cook in the front so you can see everything they are doing. Well, I noticed the cooks weren't wearing gloves, and I noticed the dishwasher was walking around with dishes in his hands without gloves. Don't know If that's a big deal. Also, when the lady handed me my order, she headed me napkins, and there was a stain on them. I'm guessing from food that they were touching. I went home, and ate it then later had diarrhea. Not real bad but had to go a couple times within a pretty short period. Could have been food contamination, or just because my stomach wasn't used to the food.

Like a roller coaster restaurant reviews go up & they go down & just because one person has a bad experience doesn’t mean that they should blast the restaurant online & if you do have a bad experience talk to management & give them a chance to correct the problem & address all of your issues & concerns.

On the other side of things there are standards when it comes to health & handling food & food safety. If you eat something & an hour or two later you are blowing up the toilet seat, have a killer headache & after you vomit it goes away guess what it’s probably food poisoning. As for you as a kid you had an iron stomach & can eat anything & as you get older your stomach may not like certain things & your stomach will tell you.

It’s never wrong to do the right thing so talk to management.

Don't write a bad review. Go back and talk with the owner or on-duty manager, telling them what you saw and the issues you had.

Most of the reviews on those sites are bogus as they are just people with an axe to grind, so no one takes them seriously. You are better off talking to the manager directly.

I’d personally reach out to the manager in charge and directly talk to him from there instead of leaving a negative view for the whole wide world to see
