Mostly olive and avocado oil. I think we have sesame oil and maybe safflower oil.
We don't use anything GMO or seed oils. Seed oils like canola are highly processed and are usually sprayed with agricultural chemicals.
👀 nothing gmo huh... Hate to break it to you but a lot of foods are gmo...
Most fruits and vegetables are gmo... Selective breeding and hybridization are ways of genetic modification, think seedless fruits, bananas that actually taste nice, broccoli and cauliflower which were selectively bred from a wild cabbage over years. It's very interesting stuff
It is but okay 🙃
There's different levels of gmo 😊
I only have olive oil and canola oil. But what grinds my gears is they always sell virgin olive oil or EXTRA virgin olive oil, but what if I don't want virgin olive oil. What if I want some nice slutty olive oil? You know, the type of slutty olive oil that's been run through a few times. The kind of oil that will do things virgin olive oil won't do. I'm telling ya there's a market for slutty olive oil.
Just vegetable oil at the minute for deep frying. For shallow frying I use butter
Olive oil, sunflower oil, flaxseed oil (i think it's linseed oil in English)
In my culinary adventures, I usually keep a diverse array of oils handy. Olive oil is a staple for its rich, versatile flavor. For Asian-inspired dishes, sesame oil adds a delightful nuttiness. I also enjoy using avocado oil for its high smoke point and buttery taste. Each oil has its own unique flair, perfect for exploring different cuisines. 🍽️

Just vegetable oil. I usually cook with butter but have vegetable oil as a back up.
Grapeseed oil, Olive oil, peanut oil and sesame oil. Grapeseed is a high heat oil that I mix with the olive and peanut oil. Sesame is for the great odor.
olive oil, canola... and coconut oil as well
I have Olive, another vegetable oil and sesame oil. There's probably some other "oil" like stuff the wife knows about that's about it.

The best saturated oil and healthiest of all is Coconut oil, then Olive oil.
Move away from all seed oils for better long term health 👍🏻
