Yeah. I remember I one time tried to combine a grilled cheese & hotdog into a sandwich-but it didn't work out so well. It became a condiment grilled cheese sandwich. But the one in the picture up there looks likd the perfect way to do it, only thing left is to taste test it.

In the land of food I like to be adventurous within reason & yes I would try a grilled cheese hotdog & I would also try a grilled cheese smash burger too.

I will always try new things at least once - unless they are really disgusting.
The picture you show isn't too attractive, but I could imagine this as a snack in between?
I'd want to refine it, though... some herbs, onion rings or garlic perhaps.
Also: the 'quality' of these sausages better isn't some mass-production junk stuff :)

Definitely! Except for the black part of the bread that was burnt. It really changes the taste when you burn the bread. Try not to do that okay?
