It's just vinegar in a bottle. Typically coconut vinegar since it's more common yet. And with a bunch of garlic, ginger, chilis and onions in it. You can leave those spices in the bottle each time you pour and just keep refilling it with vinegar until their flavors wore down. Or with just either of them. If you put some a ramekin and mix some soy sauce/fish sauce or just salt in it, it's flavor bomb
