Thanks for MHO. And to all who may co-read this here: what you get to see (and to eat) in your own countries is not necessarily typical or genuine.
On a side-line: a year ago I had to spend 3 weeks in the U. S. / In one supermarket they had a ''Thai'' food corner. What I saw there was pathetic and it was... ''small''.
