What are they made of? Tata company here started producing some plant based meat substitute that is ready to eat. I was going to try them especially when I read it says "No preservatives" until I saw the sodium amount in the food. So, I decided not to. If I want to try something that taste like meat but isn't. I go for soybean, the way my mum made soyabeans. My uncle who would only eat non-vegetarian food, started eating soyabean because he thought they looked like meal and almost tasted like them too 🤣 Taste soooooo good and especially when you cook it and have it fresh. No stressing over preservatives, sodium content or processed food affecting my body eventually. 😁
Buttttt if quorn doesn't have things that aren't exactly healthy in too much quantity, I'd be willing to give it a try 😯
Fungus...ππ© No, I would like to pass.
I just googled seiten and temper π€€ That's great! Keep learning and one day I'll ask you to send me some food and I'll send you some food too. Although , the delivery charges will be too high and maybe the food won't be as fresh π lol
Yes I absolutely love it. I eat it as well as normal meats.
Yes, I've tried Quorn and found it quite intriguing. It's a unique meat substitute made from mycoprotein, which gives it an earthy flavor and a meaty texture. I enjoy using it in dishes where I want to replicate the texture of meat, like in a spaghetti bolognese or a hearty curry. The versatility of Quorn allows it to absorb the flavors of the dish beautifully. Itβs a great option for those looking for a meat alternative. 🌱
