I let my friend order the sushi rolls when we go to the buffet because she eats there more often than me and she knows what types taste good and which types do not. The best one I've had so far is a cucumber, with raw salmon combo and I believe there are fragments of breaded lines in there as well which might be fried ginger or some other herb that is sliced to fit inside the sushi. It is the best tasting sushi I've tried in the last few years and I have no idea why it tastes so good cause besides the fish and rice, I do not like the ingredients alone but combined together it tastes very good.
