The rolls rice huh... Just for reference uramaki are the style of rolls with the rice on the outside and nori on the inside otherwise known as a reverse roll. Maki is the style with rice inside and nori on the outside of the roll like futomaki or a fat roll... Temaki is the style where they are hand rolled into cones with nori on the outside. I eat all sorts, but typically I go for something like tuna sashimi, tuna tataki, unagi nigiri (freshwater eel), spicy tuna temaki, spider rolls, dragon rolls, etc.

whatever sushi I order.. I have to have a seaweed salad on the side with whatever I order... i remember the first time I went to a sushi restaurant and they sent my seaweed salad out first.. I guess people eat that like a Caesar salad…

lol i like to eat it with my sushi like a side a la carte kinda thing.. I love all sushi.. super open minded to try everything eventually. It’s fun to eat too if you know how to dance with chopsticks!

I like the more basic rolls or sashimi to be honest. The tuna roll is really good and so is the salmon and yellow tail. It’s just a small amount of rice, the seaweed, and fish. I also like those in sashimi form too. Whenever it comes to other rolls I’ll generally eat anything so long as it isn’t fried

Ikura gunkanzushi. Salmon roe battleship sushi (bed of rice, surrounded by a strip of seaweed, with salmon roe in the "bowl" the seaweed forms).

I just ate sushi a couple minutes ago! It is veggie rolls because I am vegan so white rice, seaweed, carrots, avocado, and cucumbers rolls. I like to eat the ginger and the wasabi on the side :)!

Most things with raw red tuna or salmon. I think Nigiri can be the best but it's nice to have raw tuna and salmon in a role also.
