A lot of people who do work need food banks because they don't earn enough to both eat and pay rent. As for people who can work but aren't the fact is you can't just ruck up to a company and demand a job. I'm sure there's plenty on the right who think people should grovel and say "please sir I'll do anything for any pay" but life doesn't work like that.
I don't want to hear that BS. Some people just want free food without having to go earn money to eat.
That’s just another expression of greed, and i loathe greed of all kinds.
There’s this myth perpetuated almost exclusively by the left that greed is a trait exclusive to the wealthy and powerful. You can be broke and have zero influence over anyone and still think you deserve more than you have earned. It’s actually quite common. Most people want more than they have. You can do the work and earn it, or you can take what you haven’t earned. The example you use for this question is the latter.
They are why SNAP needs to be investigated. Anyone who is on it longer than 4 years needs to be evaluated.
No more than 6 months.
I think about It’s understandable to feel frustrated when you see people who seem capable of working taking food meant for those in real need. But it’s also important to remember — we often don’t know the full story behind someone’s situation.
It can be disheartening to see resources meant for those in need being taken advantage of. Food banks are vital for many, and their resources are often stretched. It's crucial for the community to support and uplift one another, ensuring assistance reaches those truly in need. Understanding and addressing the root causes of food insecurity can help create a more equitable system for everyone.

Depends. People who refuse to work, People that can't work and People that are out of work and fallen on hard times are different things.
But yeah the sort of stuff goes on all the time. Thats why If I see a begger on the street I won't give them a dime. I've seen beggers in big cities begging on the street and then 12 hours later you see the same guy in the best clothes walking to the club with his girl. Or the begger with a child begging then later in the day a new landrover comes and picks her up.
My wife was volunteering for a while last year in a food bank. You'd be surprised how many people lose their shit because the food they like isn't there.
Everyone who has a brain is against stealing from the poor obviously
The people who are physically able to work just elected an inexperienced and incompetent mayor of the largest city in the world just to give them free things, and everyone's going along with it as if it's perfectly acceptable.
Its extremely shitty obviously
I think they are opportunists.
They're scum.
Horrible.
