I do not know the names of most Indian foods, but I tell people I like Indian food because I like 100% of the two dishes I tried, so they have a 10 out of 10 rating for me, even if only 2 items are in the sample size for that 10 out of 10 rating.

I've tried most of the mainstream dishes and a few not so familiar but I tend to fall back on a mixed Balti when I go for an Indian

But how British food doesn't have flavour pr seasoning. By British food you must be referring to baked beans mashed potatoes fish and chips etc not butter chicken
