I personally can't drink alcohol for personal mental health medical reasons...

BUT when I did try it wine did seem to taste better than beer.

Also not surprised to see the vast majority of guys on the poll preferring beer (60%) and the vast majority of girls on the poll preferring wine (83%).

Before even opening the poll results I knew it. Typical gender roles. Beer is masculine because it's usually bitter and wine is feminine because it's usually sweeter.

I drink both, wine more often because it's something my wife's family usually drinks with every meal. When my wife and I go out to dinner, she usually gets a glass of wine and I get a glass of beer, Stella Artois if they have it.
