I went to Costco this year to shop, and almost everyone in the store was old and obese and wrinkly. Then I went to Walmart to shop, and everybody was young, fit, and good looking, or at least 90% were good looking. I
t makes me think, those who eat to stay alive and eat very little, are better looking then those that eat for indulgence and eat a lot, because Costco food is healthier than WalMart food, but those that shop at WalMart are better looking then those that shop at Costco.
Because those that shop at WalMart eat to stay alive, while those who shop at Costco, eat for entertainment, indulgence, and maximum nutritional benefits.
I went on vacation with some very fit and skinny people because they were friends of my dad's and we got food in bulk before we left for our 1-2 week drive around Nevada and 4 other states. We were all trying to save money so for lunch we all had very cheap food which was just a cut of bread sliced in half, with a piece of spam meat inside. The 3 of us in our family would split one can of spam by cutting it into 3 equally sized cuts because that cost around $0.15 cents per person per meal, since we did not want to spend our vacation dollars on food.
For dinner, we often had ramen noodles with some spiced mustard which would be around $1.49 at a gas station and would be split among 3 of us or all of us while the ramen noodles was $0.50 per box per person per day. Less than $1.00 per meal, but 90% of us were all very skinny and fit.
