I don't go to coffee outlets for fancy coffees.

I make 24 oz of 100% organic Café Justo dark roast robusta in my French press every morning.
Once brewed, I pour it into two 12 oz car cups with sippy lids.
To each of those, I mix in 3/4 tsp of Equal Exchange hot coco powder (not super sugary). Then I top them off with a bit of organic, cold, whole milk.
So it's a mocha but light on the milk, sugar and chocolate.

I like to mix espresso with hot chocolate.
I think that might be “mocha”, but commercial mochas are often overly sweet for my liking. I don’t drink coffee frequently enough to perfect the ratio for myself, let alone find a place that does it well enough that i will pay what they typically charge for a fancy coffee drink.

I french press dark roast beans that I've ground and mixed 2/3 to 1/3 french chicory and make it cafe au lait to a light "tan" color.

I don't like regular coffee, I think it's way too bitter and I don't see how people can like it, and I don't like hot drinks in general, either. But I do like iced coffee with cream and sugar, iced lattes, frappuccinos/frappes, etc. Lately at Starbucks I usually get a matcha latte or some variation of it, but I do occasionally still get my old favorite: a cinnamon dulce frappuccino, or when it's in season, a pumpkin spice frappuccino.

Generally speaking, a latte is what it's called in the western hemisphere and it's a cappuccino most everywhere else. In the US, latte's tend to have more milk than a cappuccino does in Europe, but the preparation is the same.

My fav is cappuccino's, Euro style.
