What is your favorite casserole 🥘?

I bought some casserole dishes last year because I thought my caregiver was going to make us some delicious casseroles. I sent about 50 casserole recipes and was really looking forward to eating them. But she stole a lot of my belongings and I had to fire her.

Now I have casserole dishes and she has all of the recipes.😕
My other caregiver that I don't have anymore wouldn't cook for me. But she really had her eyes on my casserole dishes to take home and feed her family with them. She even asked me if she could have a couple. 🤪

I guess I will have to make them myself.

I really like casseroles. They are nice because you can eat some and store the rest in the frig for another time. Most of them are easy to make, too.

One of my favorite comfort foods is old fashioned tuna noodle casserole.

I just made a very tasty macaroni casserole last week. It was good for about 4 good size meals for myself. Or 2 if my nephew came by. Now I think I may make another one some time this week.
