What should I do if my husband doesn’t like my cooking?

Tell him he is welcome to cook for you both then. That is one way of going about it if he thinks he can do better. A less confrontational way and what I would suggest is cooking together. That way if he has a complaint it is about both your efforts. Not to mention it will be a learning opportunity for both of you. He can see how much of what you put in and add more. If it is wrong guess what? That's his doing. You can't be perfect every time with every little thing made just to her perfect liking. I think that is the larger underlying issue here and something that needs to be calmly addressed. You are putting forth effort so why not work together to make it more to both your likings rather than just be negative?

Learn to cook differently. It is a skill. One that can be learned and improved on. It is not some finite thing that you can only do one way forever or else..

I refer to my previous statement.. It's food. he didn't kick your dog.. add a little extra salt to his. this or that the other thing once in a while. Part of being with someone is compromise so comprimise.. Find a middle ground. Talk to him what could I have done differently then try that thing.. It is food it isn't rocket science or relationship ending turmoil.
