What do you think is the most difficult dish to cook?

Yep definitely Beef Wellington. I’ve never tried making it… but from everything I’ve seen it looks like one of those dishes where one small timing mistake will just ruin the whole thing.

You have to get the beef perfectly cooked while the mushroom layer and pastry don’t turn soggy.

I'm not too bad at regular cooking but I certainly did not inherit my mothers gift for baking. For some reason apple pies are my ultimate nemesis. I just cannot get a good one from scratch. Like, it will be my rite of passage into womanhood when I can finally bake an apple pie. 🤣

Just keep an eye on the oven. Don't go off and do other things and you'll be fine. It ain't hard to follow the recipe lol. And if you bake things at lower temperatures, there's less of a chance of it burning. I think 350 degrees is a pretty good temp to make sure no burning happens lol
