What is the dish you find the hardest to cook?

Meat balls, cause when you are mixing them, you have to go both hard and fast which hurts my muscles from the pressure required to mix them.

Probably souffle or quiche. As crazy as this will sound I struggle with rice too. I know I should get a rice cooker but we haven't yet.

i hardly ever cook rice but i dont realy put rce in water i cook it in oil like risoto rice most of the tipe same with pasta and couscous its probably wrong but its easyer
