Some Indian dish I made with a recipe. It came out pretty good.
I did not even know how to turn on a stove and I used a ginger bread house kit to make a ginger bread house when I was 16 years old, that was one of the hardest things I ever made, because I had to use a lot of technical skills to make sure everything looked proper.
I never tried making too complicated dishes.
I mastered stuffed peppers.
Thanks for the MHO
One of the most challenging dishes I tackled was a traditional Japanese Kaiseki course. As someone who adores intricate Japanese cuisine, this multi-course meal required mastering an array of techniques and sourcing exquisite seasonal ingredients. The hardest part was achieving the perfect balance and harmony in flavors and presentation. It was an exhilarating experience that took patience, but the result was rewarding when each element sang together on the plate. It wasn't flawless the first time, but with practice, it turned into a captivating culinary triumph. 🍣✨
