  Yea it is hot! They measure by scoville units. So a jalapeño is between 2,500 and 8,000 Scoville Heat Units. But, habaneros can range from 100,000 to 350,000. It can actually burn your skin. When I made some homemade habanero sauce it actually got though my gloves and my fingers were on fire! lol

Hard to find anyone who likes them, but I LOVE LOVE those salty little fish on my pizza. Only know a few folk who like anchovies!! Along with the ordinary toppings... all the way and anchovies... Usually do it on one half if anyone's offended! Salmon pizza is delish too. Hmmm I have a FISH problem!
