Oh yeah. Tripe is excellent in a spaghetti sauce. Soup bones are a necessity for making a broth as a base for soups. Fish heads work too.

My father would eat all that stuff. He was a prisoner of war during WW2 so he knew what hunger was. As a result he used to eat anything. Tripe, brains and marrow. He would shoot squirrels with his.22 rifle and we would them them to his mothers house and she would skin them and fry them. They were not as tasty as you would think.

Some, rarely. probably good for us, but for some reason, doesn't sound good to most unless grew up with that.
