I never used to care about fibre but I realized veggies lead to weight loss during a vacation to Mexico this year so now I always try to have have fruits and vegetables in my diet, even if I have credit card debt or there is no more room in my fridge for new food.
Fiber is the only carbohydrate I really eat. I like low carb vegetables, fat and protein.

I am eating more of it then I did before. Trying to follow Dr's advice and change for health reasons. As a result I have lost weight and do feel better.
I track my food intake and try to get at least 30g of fiber daily.

I eat a lot of fiber. Raisin Bran, Cheerios, whole grain bread, raw carrots and other stuff. I also take a fibermucil capsule.
