The necessary amount of fiber will vary individually, but it's not the only thing you need for gut health and keeping the system moving. You also need enough friendly bacteria, water, and minerals. If your colon has issues, too much fiber works against you, so know your body people!

I eat a ton of fruits and veggies (1.5lb-2lb/day). 1.5-2c oatmeal in the morning, and fiber gummies 3x daily just because. When I had my colonoscopy done everything was gtg.

Yeah i do or else i get digestive problems some times, so i have to keep good sources of proteins and fibers in my diet with a lot of water through the day as i work out
I have a large amount of fruits and vegetables every day, most of them raw. I think, getting beneficial bacteria into your gut is more important than fiber, but I do enjoy some oatmeal or Cheerios from time to time.
I also love pistachios!
Got to keep things moving when you're middle aged!
I have been a vegetarian for over 30 years. And one advantage of a vegetarian diet is plenty of fiber.

I eat a lot of fruit and whole grain bread. I take a supplement too. Most of the time I am good. Today is not one of those times.
When I'm at home, yes. When traveling for work, sometimes I fall short. Never gets bad enough to need any supplements though.
