My dad said we have too many vegetables in our house because our annual garden plants were over due for harvesting and my dad also made green purchases at the store as well as donations from friends from their gardens this week so I’m trying to avoid washroom blockages from too much fibre, what do you recommend? I’m trying load up on honey and coffee.
Is there any way to cope with eating too much fibre?
