I like Chinese dishes. I usually have a simple fried rice with vegetables and pork or chicken plus wantans as appetizer.

I absolutely eat Chinese food, and I love how every region feels like a new trip ✈️

My comfort choices are hand-pulled Lanzhou beef noodles, proper xiao long bao with rich broth, and mapo tofu with that numbing Sichuan pepper kick. I also adore Cantonese roast duck and dim sum mornings. Street-side jianbing in Beijing is one of my favorite food memories ever 🥟🍜

@DryGermanGuy it used to be popular they used to be everywhere real good to. When COVID-19 hit they all shut down and just turned into a delivery now they’re gone except for one big franchise, which are Americanized not the same
