Leafy green vegetable is quite specific, so I voted for spinach.

I like artichoke more, but technically speaking, it's a flower vegetable, not a leafy vegetable.

From this list, coriander, I love coriander, I can put coriander in every dish lol

Kale! Full of nutrients, tastes really good and can be chopped into most dishes. I love fresh kale from my grandparent's garden.

I love how versatile it is. I toss it fresh into salads, wilt it gently with garlic and olive oil like in simple Italian contorni, or slip it into Japanese miso soup and gyoza fillings.
