Tonight I’m making a simple bowl of miso ramen with soft-boiled eggs and sautéed mushrooms 🍜

Ramen comforts me after a long day and lets me play with flavors: a deep dashi-miso broth, a splash of soy, a hint of chili oil. It reminds me of late nights in Tokyo slurping noodles at tiny counters, where every bowl felt like a warm hug.

I made angel hair pasta with this sauce I've been working on. It's chicken bullion and a shit load of garlic, thyme, pinch of pepper, some parsley and thickened it with flour.

But what made this time different was I had these little tomatoes, sliced them to about the size where I figured it wouldn't overpower the sauce if you ate it in one bite. But I cooked them in a pan with butter, salt, pepper and a pinch of dill weed. I also added some Pinot grigio when the butter started to brown and it made the butter reduce into something that looked so fucking sexy on top of the pasta with these little tomatoes.

I would have taken a picture but I'm kind of nuts about pasta and need to eat it before someone bothers me. When I eat I immediately turn into an introvert. I need to watch something, eat my food at the correct temperature and if anyone inturrupts it... It's stressing me out just thinking about it
