A lot of processed meats are delicious. They don't process them to make it taste worse...

Sure they're less healthy but when eaten occasionally and in moderation we should be fine.

Steak and salmon taste pretty good unprocessed. I try to avoid deli meats because a biology student told me you should avoid buying meat with nitrates, but if I am hungry in a hospital waiting area, on a road trip, or on vacation, I might buy the sandwich for taste and protein.

I do get the turkey on occasion because it’s lean. I like it and it’s processed.

That’s the way it comes, sliced. He gets the four year old kind. The butcher over there slices it and vacuum seals and packs dry ice.

That stuff is soooo good. We get it once a year at Christmas.
