I’m not really into restaurants. I prefer eating at home because I feel more comfortable with the hygiene and food preparation. These days, illnesses can spread easily, so I prefer to be more careful.

A local one called, White Fox Den. I like it because I can get an omelet any time of day or night.

My favorite sit-down restaurant is a tiny trattoria in Rome near Trastevere called Da Enzo al 29 🇮🇹
I love it because the food feels like a warm hug: silky cacio e pepe, perfectly fried carciofi, tiramisù that’s impossibly light. The tables are close, the wine is simple, and the atmosphere feels like eating in a Roman family’s home.
