I like herring but not the way Swedes eat herring. I'm currently experimenting with Japanese cuisine, especially Japanese sauces. However I have phases I test out some cuisines, while lot of Italian, French, Polish and German dishes are practically standard dishes since ingredients for those dishes are easily obtainable.

I've made Janssons frestelse and gravlax and these weird bread balls that store for months that you drop in soup but that's my limit to Swedish cooking. Only Swedish restaurant I've been to is the cafe in IKEA, I had the meatballs.
Generally my diet is mostly British, French, Italian, Indian, and chinese. It's hard to choose an actual favourite.

Well, that’s good. I’m glad you would try Swedish food you would like it. IKEA is not that big of a deal compared to a fancy classy Swedish restaurant. I went there. I thought it was pretty cheap. The Swedish meatballs in Florida.
