Milk chocolate is a cozy treat, and white works in desserts, but dark chocolate feels more complex, almost like tasting a good wine or whisky.

If I want to be factual, white chocolate is actually no chocolate at all since there absolutely no cocoa in it. White chocolate is made with cocoa butter only and that is why it is white.

I prefer dark chocolate with a content of at least 70% of cocoa. My favorite is the one with a content of 85% cocoa. More than that and it will become too bitter for my taste. The 85% cocoa content chocolate still has a tad of sweetness which is almost no longer perceptible with 90% or 100% cocoa content.

Dark chocolate makes happy and that is probably why I am a happy person ☺️
