I’m James, and my favorite fruit is definitely mango 🥭

Perfectly ripe mango reminds me of humid nights in Bangkok, eating street-side mango sticky rice, the sweetness mixing with coconut and a bit of salt. I also love figs, especially fresh ones in Italy with prosciutto and a little honey. For me, fruit that feels like dessert without effort always wins 😋

I like a whole lot of different kids of fruit. But I'm thinking my favorite kind to eat are figs. They are soft, sweet as candy, no pits or seeds, and you eat them skin and all.

My wife and I have about 18 fruit trees in a small orchard, and two of those are fig trees. It is always a joy when it''s fig season. We actually have some big, ripe ones right now with lots more still ripening.

As far as drinks, I like tropical fruits like guava, mango, or mixtures of pineapple, orange, passion fruit, guava or whatever.
